Microsoft Certified Engineers
Presently, we have openings in our Boston and Portland, Maine offices for certified Microsoft professionals to guide our clients through installation, integration and migrations to new technologies. Candidates must have a strong background in Windows Server and Exchange. Responsibilities include on-site and remote systems management, support, network evaluations and Internet connectivity. Additional certifications and/or experience in Microsoft Windows Service System and MOSS a plus.

Helpdesk Support Representative
Helpdesk Support Representative responsible for tracking, troubleshooting and resolving all computer related trouble calls to ensure first call resolution to customer inquiries or problems. Provides first-line phone support to users in problem solving activities using support center tools. Duties involve providing instruction in the use of the various industry software products and applications. Monitors and responds to hardware, software, and network problems utilizing hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Required skills include: Three to five years experience in relevant dedicated help desk customer support environment. Experience supporting desktop technologies including Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Internet connectivity, LAN connectivity and network printing

Must have excellent communications skills and a positive customer service attitude.

Helpdesk Telephony Support Engineer
Telephony systems engineer with at least 3 years experience working with telephone systems. Cisco or 3Com IP Telephony experience and LAN/WAN networking background a plus. Must be proficient in telephone system administration, call center, and general voice concepts. Must have the ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve common telephone system configuration issues via phone, VPN, or other remote connectivity methods. Must have a strong voice and good phone presentation. Should have experience using Web tools and databases to research calls when the answer is not readily available. Must be self driven, self motivated and want to make a difference in service delivery. Optional skills with Windows Server and Active Directory a plus.

Call Center Dispatcher
CBE is currently looking for seasoned dispatch professionals. The dispatcher will communicate with the field service staff and monitor all of the calls in their area. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and a people-oriented approach to solving problems as well as willingness to achieve quality service.
