Peter Cowie

|
Peter joined CBE Technologies as Chairman and CEO in 2001 and currently serves on partner advisory boards for several of CBE's key partners, including HP and Microsoft. Prior to CBE, Peter was managing partner of Reach Ventures an early stage technology fund. Prior to Reach Ventures, Peter founded Charter Systems in 1984, a provider of enterprise network services. As chairman and CEO, he built Charter into a leading network service provider to Fortune 1000 clients and expanded its presence throughout the United States. Charter was ranked 4th in 1995's Info World 100 and Vice President Al Gore recognized Charter in 1996 as one of six winners of the National Information Infrastructure Award. During this time, Peter served on advisory boards to Microsoft, Novell and Cisco Systems. In 1997, he successfully merged Charter with The BISYS Group, Inc. (NYCE: BSG) and served as president of the merged organization through January 1999. Peter presently serves on the board of several technology companies including, BrandMuscle www.brandmuscle.com , Blacksmith www.blacksmithapps.com and BrainShark www.brainshark.com . Peter was also chairman of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, NFTE /New England from 1996 through 2006. NFTE is an organization devoted to teaching entrepreneurship to at risk youths across the US. |

Andrew Lally

Drew joined CBE in 1986 and became a principal owner in 1987. Since 1987, Drew has been responsible for the company’s evolution from a PC and printer repair business to a leading national managed services company and regional systems integrator with over 200 employees. Drew experience includes a strong focus on services for small and medium business, state and local government, and education instituions and has grown the business through both acquisition and internal growth to serve these markets.

| Chet joined CBE Technologies in December of 2007 and is responsible for commercial sales throughout New England. Previous to his current position, Chet helped build and run a number of early stage technology companies including working with Accelerator Group companies, IBA, and Excaliber. Chet's past experience also includes Director of Sales at Arthur Andersen and Keene, Inc. |

Warren Nelson

Warren joined CBE in 1991 having sold his office equipment business to CBE. He has been actively involved in all aspects of sales and business development within the company and has played key roles in integrating acquired companies into CBE. His current responsibilities include the oversight of all government and educational activities and relationships. |

George Mellor

Vice President of Customer Service and Operations
|
George Mellor is Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the technical engineering staff, field staff deployment, inventory management, dispatch and CBE’s national network of service partners. Prior to assuming his current role, Mellor was Vice President of Commercial Sales, Southern New England. Under Mellor’s direction, CBE has achieved strong growth in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. He has been instrumental in establishing CBE’s presence in professional and managed services since joining CBE’s Executive Team. Before joining CBE, Mellor was President of Netivity Solutions, Inc. where he was responsible for driving business growth and managing operations on a day-to-day basis. George has more than a dozen years of experience in sales and management positions.

Sean Kelley

Vice President IP Communcations
|
| Sean Kelley heads the IP Communications division at CBE Technologies. The IPC
team at CBE leads New England in the number of pure IP Telephony and IP Call
Center installations. Sean's team has redefined scope definition, installation,
training and support of this evolutionary technology. The team also works with
customers to find hard dollar savings as well as productivity enhancements to
benefit their business. Sean has been published in several trade magazines
including Business Communications Review (BCR). Prior to his employment at CBE, Sean was the president of the Prominence Group for nine years. Prominence Group was the leading IP Communications firm in New England. Sean holds an MBA and a bachelors of science degree from Boston College. |

Jon Whitlock

| Jon joined CBE in December 2001 and is responsible for marketing and strategic alliances across CBE Technologies and its subsidiaries, FireTower and Ntirety. Prior to CBE, Jon was VP Business Development for OdiOne responsible for building strategic industry partnerships and channel strategies for OdiOne’s managed service solutions. Prior to OdiOne, Jon was Director of Sales and Marketing for Competitive Computing, a leading full service Internet strategy and development company. Prior to Competitive Computing, Jon worked with Charter Systems, a national IT services company, to open new geographic markets throughout the US. |

Philip Kubat, Jr

| Phil joined CBE in December 2001 as its Chief Technology Officer. Prior to co-founding OdiOne in 1999, Phil was CTO of Charter Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for the company’s technology product/service development strategy. He was the principal technology architect of Charter’s enterprise management systems service that provided its Fortune 1000 clients with immediate access to network performance reporting, real-time report queries, trouble ticket management, escalation matrices and change management. Phil was responsible for delivering and managing this and other Charter services, including Corporate Security, Internet Consulting and Enterprise Messaging and Directories. |

Randy Becker

| Randy joined CBE in 1991 as a Senior Systems Engineers
and became CBE’s CIO in 2000. Randy charts technical direction for CBE’s internal systems and oversees their implementation and support. Randy also continues to provide strategic services to CBE’s customer base throughout New England. Prior to joining CBE, Randy worked for IBM as a senior project manager. |
